基層處理

Grassroots treatment

墻面必須干凈、無粉塵、無油漬、無滲水及其它污垢物，且墻面必須平整結實、無空鼓，空洞凹陷處用本品填補找平；新墻需待水泥砂漿抹灰層充分硬化后(抹灰約7天)，方可進行本品施工；施工前，建議使用界面劑對基層進行加固處理，光滑基層或頂棚，建議先造毛處理。

拌制前先用小泥刀將拌料用桶壁清理干凈，然后將清水倒入攪拌桶中，在攪拌的同時徐徐加入石膏粉料，用電動攪拌器攪拌至均勻無結塊，靜置約2分鐘，再攪拌30秒即可使用。每次拌料量應按找平面積所需要的量，不宜過多，要做到勤拌勤用；拌成的料漿要在初凝前用完，已經(jīng)初凝的料漿不得再次加水攪拌使用。

用灰板將配制好的漿料批刮至墻面，然后用鋁合金刮尺刮平，每次施工厚度不大于15mm，總厚度大于15mm，應該分批找平；首道批刮時，可先在基層上進行薄批，然后連續(xù)上料，這樣有利于空氣排出，提高與基層的粘結力；若批刮后表面局部出現(xiàn)泛白脫粉現(xiàn)象，可用毛刷蘸水，對泛白表面進行補水處理，水量以不滴落及不破壞砂漿層為宜，待完全干燥后進行下道工序施工。

1、本品按照參考比例加清水即可使用，禁止與其他石膏粉混合使用!

2、施工溫度建議在5-35℃，空氣相對濕度<85%條件下施工，溫度和濕度的變化對可用時間及干燥速度都有影響。遇夏天高溫天氣，磚墻、混凝土墻、頂棚找平前，噴灑1-2遍水進行潤濕，表面無水珠流淌即可進行施工。遇大風天氣施工，建議關閉門窗，避免因空氣流通過快導致表面迅速失水影響強度。

The changes in temperature and humidity have an impact on the available time and drying speed.
