具體流程

1、基層處理：現澆混凝土墻面，由于樓板、材料、隔離劑等多方面的原因，墻面平整度較差，常有氣孔、蜂窩、麻面、陰陽角不通順以及鼓包等現象，因此要求凸處剔磨平正，凹處要填平補齊。

1. Grassroots treatment: For cast-in-place concrete walls, due to various reasons such as floor slabs, materials, and isolation agents, the flatness of the walls is poor, often with air holes, honeycombs, rough surfaces, uneven corners, and bulges. Therefore, it is required to grind the convex areas flat and fill the concave areas flat.

2、基層修補：在混凝土頂板和板縫清理干凈后，對蜂窩等較大缺陷部位將石膏膩子用鋼片刮板填平壓實，橫抹豎起刮一遍，表面光滑的頂面可以不刮。

3、涂粘結劑(汁漿)：在刮膩子之前先噴涂膠水一道，噴涂必須均勻一致，不得有漏噴之處膠水配合比(重量比)為清水：乳液=100：15～20。刮大白膩子：刮膩子要用鋼片刮板往返刮，注意上下左右接槎，兩道刮板之間要干凈，不允許留浮膩子，刮膩子時要防止沾上或混進砂粒等雜物。

3. Applying adhesive (slurry): spray a layer of glue before puttying, and the spraying must be uniform. The glue mix ratio (weight ratio) where there is no leakage is clear water: lotion=100:15~20. Scraping large white putty: When scraping putty, use a steel scraper to scrape back and forth, paying attention to the joints between the upper, lower, left, and right sides. The space between the two scrapers should be clean, and floating putty is not allowed. When scraping putty, prevent sand particles and other debris from getting stuck or mixed in.

4、修補打磨：頭道膩子刮過之后，在先修補后的部位應進行復查，如有問題，在塌陷部位用膩子進行復補找平，待膩子干后，用砂紙磨光、磨平、掃凈。

4. Repair and polishing: After scraping the first layer of putty, the repaired area should be rechecked. If there are any problems, the collapsed area should be repaired and leveled with putty. After the putty is dry, it should be polished, smoothed, and cleaned with sandpaper.

5、膩子成活：刮大白膩子兩遍進行，待頭道膩子干燥后再刮第二遍，一般要求至少兩遍成活。要求表面不但要求平整還要紋理質感均勻一致，否則易發生顏色深淺不一致現象，影響裝修效果。
