　　石膏粉即脫水石膏面,亦即熟石膏。是用生石膏經過一系列的連續(xù)消費設備而消費出的產鉆。原礦貯存和精選石膏粉是用生石膏鍛燒而成,約1.3噸生石膏可消費1噸石膏粉。生石膏從采場運來須經過貯存和精選。經過貯存精選可處理二個問題:一可保證連續(xù)消費,不會由于原料一時供給不上而形成停產;二在貯存期間可人工分選,以保證產質量量,消費出合格產品。 破碎通常要經過二級破碎。一級破碎用粗碎破碎機把原礦破碎成為較小的顆粒,普通粒徑控制在8厘米以下,經挑選后,較大顆粒重新破碎,較小顆粒經皮帶運輸機進入二級破碎用錘式破碎機,把顆粒直徑控制在2厘米以下,然后經過斗式提升機進入回轉窯,鍛燒。鍛燒緞燒過程是消費石膏粉的主要工序,在回轉窯中停止。

Two problems can be solved by storage selection: first, continuous consumption can be guaranteed, and production will not be stopped because of the lack of raw materials for a while; second, manual sorting can be carried out during storage to ensure the quality of production and to consume qualified products. Crushing usually goes through secondary crushing. Crusher crusher is used to crush raw ore into smaller particles. The average particle size is controlled below 8 cm. After selection, larger particles are re-crushed. The smaller particles are transported by belt conveyor into hammer crusher for secondary crushing. The particle diameter is controlled below 2 cm. Then, the particles are fed into rotary kiln through bucket elevator and burned. The burning process of satin is the main process of consuming gypsum powder and stops in rotary kiln.
