　　保溫粘結砂槳條粘法：先用齒狀鏝刀將攪拌好的外保溫系統(tǒng)砂漿膠粘劑均勻地涂抹在聚苯板或擠塑板上，然后用齒狀抹子在粘結砂漿上面梳理出條狀紋，將保溫板粘貼在墻面上，輕柔 均勻地按壓板面使之粘結牢固，隨時用2m靠尺檢查平整度和垂直度。粘板時注意清除板邊溢出的砂槳，使板與板之間無碰頭灰。點框法：用抹灰刀將攪拌好的外保 溫系統(tǒng)砂漿膠粘劑均勻涂抹在保溫板邊緣上形成邊框，然后在板面上均勻分布5個高于邊框的粘結點，后按上述方法將聚苯板或擠塑板粘到墻面上用靠尺靠平。設 計要求采用機械鉚固件固定聚苯板或擠塑板時，鉚固件安裝應少在粘結砂漿使用3天以后。

Finally, according to the above method, the polyphenyl board or the extruded board are bonded to the wall surface and leveled with a ruler. The design requires that when mechanical riveting firmware is used to fix polyphenyl board or extruded board, the riveting firmware shall be installed at least after 3 days of use of bonded mortar.

　　施工溫度大于5℃以上。嚴禁私自添加砂子、水泥及其它添加劑。O℃以下宜采用防凍型(為保證整個體系的穩(wěn)定性，不推薦冬施)。拌制好的砂漿應在2小時內用完，已凝固硬化的砂槳不準再用。儲運要防潮防曬。
